Rajesh Kumar is the Director of Cybersecurity at Netrika, a global leader in risk mitigation and integrity management services, operating in emerging and frontier markets. An industry veteran with over two decades of domain experience under his belt, he is in charge of supervising as well as advancing the cybersecurity practice at the company.

Rajesh did his B.E. in electronics from SDMCET. He went on to complete his PG Diploma in Cyber Law & Cyber Forensics from National Law School of India University while also earning an M.S. in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani. He also holds several esteemed certifications, including CISA, CISSP, ITIL, and Prince2, among others. During his previous engagements, he has been recognised as the Best Product Specialist, received the Achiever’s Club awards, and has been selected for Emerging Leader & Business Manager Development Program, besides earning other accolades.

Throughout his rich professional journey, he has held key positions across many organisations of international repute. He has served as a Project Manager at Microland and as a Consultant at Siemens Technology India. He has donned the hat of Senior Solution Architect at Datacraft and, later, as Propositions Lead – APAC at BT Global Services. After spearheading the network integration practice along with DC partnerships as the Practice Head at Bharti Airtel Ltd, he served as the CIO/CISO of Smart Group India. Before joining Netrika, he associated with PwC for advisory and consulting on cyber projects.

At Netrika, he is committed to leveraging his immense security management and planning expertise to drive the company’s cybersecurity practice. Dedicated to building the security-focused technological capability, he envisions being a key contributor in leading Netrika to become one of the “Big Four” companies in the country’s security management and consulting domain.

He likes to spend his leisure time with his family, which includes his wife and two children.
